To make this happen, we choose to honor Medicare Advantage Plan benefits that you may already pay for.
You might qualify to come to our Y at no additional cost to you!
THE WAY IT WORKS:

You pay an insurance provider for a Medicare Advantage Plan that contains one of these four fitness center benefits: SilverSneakers®, Renew Active®, One Pass™ or Silver & Fit®

You visit our Y and provide an eligibility number from your insurance provider along with your government-issued photo ID

You have the same access to equipment, classes, programs, walking track, etc., as all paying members

You come to our Y anytime we are open and scan-in with your Y membership card each time

Your insurance provider pays our Y $3 for each day you scanned your card
Our Y accepts payments from these four Medicare Advantage Plan benefit options:
Neither Medicare parts A & B, nor Medicaid, will pay for your Y membership.
You may check your eligibility by clicking one of the four benefits above or by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Bring your eligibility code to Member Services along with your insurance card and your government-issued photo ID.
