Our YMCA is a membership organization open to all. Members are of all ages, from all backgrounds, professions, and financial circumstances who come together to improve their lives, nurture their families and strengthen our community, together.

The Family YMCA of Emporia-Greensville is a community service organization that has served the City of Emporia and the counties of Greensville, Brunswick and Sussex since 2001 through programs for Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.
The YMCA conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants, and guests. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA will cancel the membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access. All individuals ages 18 and over must provide a government-issued photo ID upon entry to any of our YMCA facilities, programs, or services.
