Group Exercise Classes

Our YMCA offers a large variety of Group Exercise Classes for adults and seniors as well as for different fitness levels.  Our instructors will guide you through if you are just starting back to exercising or ready to run a marathon!

Group Exercise is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout, and a cool-down.

All classes include a warm-up, work phase, and cool-down.

For your safety, please do not enter a class more than five minutes after it has begun.

Classes that consistently have fewer than five participants are subject to cancellation.

Children 12 years old may participate in Group Exercise classes with a parent or supervising guardian within arm's reach.

Ages 13+ may participate in Group Exercise classes without a parent or supervising guardian.
